KIDS FIRST

every student, every day

Every school is full of potential, and yours is no exception. Recognizing and celebrating its unique strengths is the first step in creating meaningful growth.  In my bright spots approach, these strengths will be key to overcoming challenges and creating lasting change.

Using the Quadrant of Skill-and-Will (a framework that evaluates motivation and capability), I will identify pressure points that are getting in the way of your school’s inclusive goals. I will personalize my services to meet your school's unique needs- from culture building to upskills.

Schools with strong inclusion programs report higher student and parent satisfaction rates as well as stronger academic performance.

Sample key questions we will help you reflect on

  • How do the attitudes and behaviors of faculty and parents reflect their commitment to teaching and including neurodivergent learners?

  • In what ways do teachers discuss and celebrate the strengths of students with behavioral challenges?

  • How can teachers be supported with the training and resources needed to help all students thrive, from remediation to enrichment?

  • What opportunities exist for teachers to experience joy and fulfillment while working with students with developmental delays?

  • How can administrators' knowledge and experience in leading specialized support programs enhance student learning and foster a culture of inclusion?

Your school’s ability to acknowledge and embrace the truth of where it stands today is essential to its transformative journey. Just as plants thrive in soft, fertile soil, lasting transformation takes root in an honest environment with abundant grace.

Together, we’ll make courageous choices that cultivate an environment of continuous growth where every student can thrive—every student, every day.
